3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in color or packaging may occur
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer
  • MartWala reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability)
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after placing your order

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax)
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location
  • MartWala is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At MartWala, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase for any reason:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will do our best to resolve the issue through an exchange, refund, or store credit
  • Our team is available via email and WhatsApp to assist you promptly and respectfully

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MartWala — including logos, product images, descriptions, and text — is the property of MartWala and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MartWala shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from misuse of products by the customer

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
